Hexagonal Boxes
These two are the most attractive styles for making pizza boxes. Round pizza boxes are totally spherical. Contrarily, hexagonal boxes have six corners. It is also a round box but with six corners. We also make hexagonal boxes in two styles. If you need a single-piece hexagonal box, then we make the attached lid with the bottom tray of the box. Hence, the lid is attached to the tray. You cannot detach it. We make a closing tuck lock in the lid. Thus, you can close tuck in the lid flap to the facing wall of the packaging box.
The second style is different. It is a two-piece packaging box. We make a separate lid and tray for this box. Hence your customers can detach the lid from the tray. Only a few customers go for two-piece hexagonal boxes because these are a bit costly. But if your pizzas have some precious ingredients. And you have to sell them to high-end customers; then you should make two-piece hexagonal boxes.
Materials To Make Round Pizza Boxes
We make the best round pizza boxes in corrugated material. Corrugated material is the optimum stock to make packaging boxes for food products because this is the most affordable stock. Corrugated material provides you with a lot of benefits. It is ideally sturdy because packaging companies make it with inside flutes. Flutes are the weaving sheets of Kraft. Kraft is one of the strongest paper materials. Paperboard manufacturers make different types of corrugated sheets.
They make one type of corrugated sheet with only a flute sheet and a paper layer. The second type is different. They call the second type a “single wall corrugated sheet.” They paste two paper layers on both sides of the flute sheet to make this corrugated layer. Similarly, they paste the multiple layers of single wall sheets of corrugated materials over one another. They call them double-wall, then triple-wall boxes. Corrugated boxes keep the pizza warm, and they provide you with shock-proof resistance.
